Treeka Drake
Birthkeeper | Full Spectrum Doula | Herbalist I have been gifted the profound privilege of sitting at the feet of women and families as they journey through birth for over two decades. Each birth a universe unto itself—wild, wise, and wholly unique. Each woman, a teacher. Each threshold, an invitation of remembering. I am here in service—to women, to the plants, to life’s deep mysteries, to sovereignty and wholeness. I honour the lineage of women’s traditional work in birth tending, rooted in sacred partnership with Earth and Spirit. I walk this path as an “Auntie”, holding vigil at the gateway where spirit meets form. My work is a weaving of devotion and deep listening; stewardship of the liminal—where the veil thins and ancestral wisdom sings. Rooted in the wise woman tradition, I walk in reverence of each Mama as the leader and rekindling our deepest knowing. My medicine in the team is spirituality, steadiness, deep trust and medicine making meeting the spaces of preparation, birth or choice point and postpartum with reverence, ritual, and a deep commitment to the body's innate intelligence. My unique offering is placenta medicines and traditional womb massage and plant wraps. |

A love note to Birth:Thank you for being my greatest teacher. For showing me the way of surrender, the path of the heart, the sacred humility that comes with not knowing.Thank you for being the space where awe lives. Where rewilding begins, ancient mysteries awaken, the embodied feminine rises to meet the wild call, and the quiet hum of our own sacred knowing lights the candle in the dark. Thank you for your wild truths and fierce tenderness.

Dr. Carleigh Sturge
ND | Birth/Abortion Doula As both a Naturopathic Doctor (ND) and birth & abortion doula, I have the honour of holding space and supporting my patients and their families through some of life’s biggest transitions. Whether it is starting with preconception care, fertility detours, navigating loss along the way, or rediscovering your spark in the postpartum chapter, I am able to offer a unique model of care and comprehensive support that families need. Navigating the medical system, whether your goals are fertility, pregnancy, abortion, or postpartum-focused, can often highlight the gaps that exist in conventional spaces. Combining naturopathic therapies with doula care provides emotional and hands-on support that many are missing in standard medical practices. My medical training also allows me to blend (and sometimes translate) the clinical and doula birth worlds. This helps to ensure informed consent and advocacy for my patient’s preferences/goals/wishes, especially in hospital settings. I firmly believe that in order to have healthy communities and healthy families, we need healthy mothers - this includes physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. I am here to support you, and all the versions of you that come along, on this wild ride we call life. |

Dr. Erin Tremblay R.Ac.
Doctor of Acupuncture | Facilitator | Doula The deep desire to be a part of birth had been calling to me for almost 20 years ago, but I knew I wasn’t ready. Then in February 2022 I sat at the other side of the gate. I held my own mother’s hand as she passed away. That summer the ask came. Two very cherished friends asking if I would sit with them during their birth. I realized I wanted to learn in the old way. So while I certified with Doula Canada, my true training was a deep loving birth mentorship with Treeka. We drew the mentorship into art. How could it look if we were radically honest? How could it look if we followed our hearts? How could it be so deeply in integrity that everyone involved was nourished and fed by the work we were doing? And now we are working in this incredible team with Carleigh and I get to hold and witness people birthing and their partners with sacred reverence, radical acceptance, loving tending, and fierce pro-choice advocacy. |
